REQUIREMENTS FOR A RECIPROCAL LINK WITH OUR SITE :

We run an open policy of reciprocal linking. This means that as long as your website is legal and it is either a local business or organisation or alternatively a business that is relevant to our website, then we will be delighted to add your link. Please refer to the restrictions outlined below.
Sites must be a local business or organisation situated within an approximate 5 mile radius of either our Leatherhead or Cheam offices or a business located anywhere in Surrey or South London that we consider is relevant to our site and our customers. Relevant meaning a business that covers the areas that we operate in around our two offices and provides a service applicable to property or letting that obviously is not in competition with ourselves ie: Maintenance Contractors, Furnishing Suppliers, Removal Companies, Gardening Contractors, Storage Companies etc.
Sites must provide a reciprocal link back to our website as provided below.
Text Links and most Banners will be accepted up to a maximum size of 300X90 pixels 
We cannot accept sites that maybe considered illegal or immoral or any sites containing material of an obscene or obnoxious nature.
We cannot accept sites with dynamically generated link pages. All Links must comply with our terms and we reserve the right to refuse any link at our discretion
