We are members of the A.R.L.A The Association of Residential Letting Agents, N.A.E.A. The National Association of Estate Agents and U.K.A.L.A. The UK Association of Letting Agents Ltd and as such are bound by the strict codes of conduct of these organisations.

We constantly strive to improve and update the service that we provide to our clients and we have an ongoing strategy for investing in new technology.

We market our agency through a wide range of mediums to ensure that both landlords and tenants can find us.  This marketing includes our premises, our web site, both traditional and Internet (general and specialist) directories, brochures, leaflets, boards and of course the local papers.  

The properties we are offering are also advertised through a wide spectrum including our own web site, an increasing number of large property web sites, local papers, specialist papers, our mailing lists, existing tenants and flag boards.

We offer three standard services, Letting, Letting and Rent Collection and Letting and Full Management which are explained fully in our Terms and Conditions, which can be supplied upon request.   However, we are always willing to tailor our services to the particular requirements of an individual client.
